A welcoming and inviting vacation home nestled on the picturesque shores on Lake Murray in Prosperity, South Carolina is ready to offers a truly serene escape and getaway!

Built in 2007, this spacious retreat spans 2120 square feet, providing ample room for relaxation and comfort featuring a total of 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, each with its own private bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for guests staying in those rooms. Our upstairs bedroom area includes 2 beds, providing extra sleeping space. While it doesn't have its own bathroom, there's a full bathroom located in the basement. Besides the private bathrooms on the ground floor, there is also a half bathroom conveniently located in the hall. 

There are 3.5 bathrooms in total throughout the property to accommodate everyone's needs. All the essentials you need for a delightful stay are provided, including fresh towels, bed sheets, soap, toilet paper, and pillows. Inside the retreat, you'll find an array of amenities to enhance your experience with a fully equipped kitchen and cleaning products.

Step outside and immerse yourself in the breathtaking natural beauty of Lake Murray, showcases stunning views of the lake from multiple vantage points and indulge in various water activities such as boating, fishing, kayaking, sailing, skiing, swimming, and tubing are all allowed, making the most of your lakeside getaway. You can also bring your own watercraft and water toys; otherwise, there are many rental options available online.

• To provide a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, primary guests must be at least 25 years old to book accommodations with us.
• As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate. The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $3,000 for content and $3,000 for dwelling. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and PMI Palmetto will process the payment using the form of payment on file for the Guest. Additional information about the Safely Protection Policy will be provided upon request.
• Before checking in, primary/main guests must complete the online pre-arrival via Charge Automation. This requirement is important for us to gather your travel-related information and ensure that you are well-informed of our property rental terms and conditions.
