PMI Meridian Management is a full-service real estate asset management company that provides professional management services in three core areas: commercial leasing and management services, community and association management, and residential management for single-family homes and apartment complexes. Headquartered in Indianapolis, IN, our mission is to Build Strong Communities Through Exceptional Innovative Real Estate Services. We provide homeowners associations and community associations with the highest quality property management services using state-of-the-art technology to keep them informed of how their investments are doing in real-time while providing tenants of these properties real-time access to maintenance requests and billing. Commercial and residential investors receive exceptional communication and service through our in-house accounting, management, and maintenance team as well as technology to monitor their investments in real-time. As a company, it has always been important to stick with our principles of creating strong relationships with all of our clients. This is quite evident as PMI Meridian still has some of its original clients from when the company first started.
