The Happy Place offers convenience, kayaks, game room, fire pit, porch with rocking chairs and cozy comfort in this remodeled home! Bring your fur babies, hike the many trails, launch your boat, explore Blairsville or Murphy and enjoy the beautiful fresh air and tranquil wood setting. The home has a fenced yard for your dog to play and you can keep a watchful eye from the porch. The game room, above the garage, includes a pool table, arcade game, half bath, mini fridge, and pull out sofa.
You enter the home from the side into a separate full laundry room, sealed off from the remainder of the home. Entering the home you have a spacious fully equipped kitchen to your left, dining to your right and living area with a full size futon bed.
Space
The main level includes a beautiful wood beamed queen bedroom and separate full bathroom.
The upstairs includes a king bedroom loft, new carpet, full bathroom, desk, and sitting area.
The porch has four rocking chairs perfect to relax with your morning coffee, a gate to protect your fur babies and overlooks the fenced yard.
Enjoy the cool evenings by the fire pit, gas fireplace or curled up in a blanket with a great book or relaxing movie.
The family will love the separate game room area over the garage. It is fully enclosed, heated or cooled, features a regulation slate pool table, dining table, mini-fridge, pull out queen sofa, half bath, bean bag chairs, arcade game, and board games.
There are two hardcase kayaks, two blowup kayaks, three floats and life jackets available for your use. There is a launch area just minutes from the property and great locations for swimming, hiking or family picnic.
Guest Access
Access is via keyless entry. A check-in code will be provided 1 day prior to arrival. Checkout code will be provided the day before with instructions.
The entire cabin is available to the guest with the exception of the owners closet

All trash must be bagged and placed into the two trash cans provided. Our nature friends love to make a mess when this is not done and the trash companies will not pick up loose trash. Also if you exceed the capacity of the trash cans before pickup it is your responsibility to remove and take to the disposal locations at:

Quiet time:
Please keep your noise to a minimum between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. both inside and outside. This includes fire pits, and porches. Sound travels easily in the mountains and can disturb unseen guests.
