As soon as you pass through the gates of Coosawattee Resort, you will know you have chosen well! Keep a good eye out as you drive in because there will be a plethora of deer grazing in the yards and once you settle, will eat out of your hand.

Coosawattee Resort offers a variety of amenities to enjoy including:  indoor and outdoor pools, tennis and basketball courts, game room, 18 hole miniature golf course, walking trails, fishing, parks and much more.  Passes will be at the property upon your arrival.  The pass is good for 4 people (up to two passes).  THE PASSES ARE TO BE LEFT AT THE PROPERTY.  There is a charge of $59 for lost passes.  If you remove a pass from the property there will be a $59 charge to accommodate the next guests.

The RV site is situated next to your private creek with plenty of open space to enjoy! It has a small fenced area with a fire pit, grill and sitting area. You will enter the property into the sunroom that has welcoming outdoor furniture, dining table, wall ac/heater and full washer/dryer.

You access the RV through the sunroom area. It opens into the kitchen/dining/living section. Two very comfortable recliners await to kick back and catch your favorite show, watch the big game or take a peaceful nap. There is a futon that adds an additional sleeping area for two and there is an electric fireplace to add to the warmth and coziness.

The kitchen is well equipped and includes a microwave, full size refrigerator and gas stove and the dining area has seating for four.

The queen bedroom is spacious, comfortable and offers plenty of storage space for your things.

A nice feature is the surround sound system in the RV to play your favorite tunes while enjoying a fresh beverage.

Guess Access:

Access is via keyless entry. A check-in code will be provided 1 day prior to arrival. Checkout code will be provided the day before with instructions. Specific instructions relating to RV operations will be provided in the welcome book and on-line portal

The entire RV is available to the guest with the exception of the owners closet

Neighborhood Overview:

The property is located in the Coosawattee Resort. Entry is controlled by the gate and you will be given code prior to your arrival. Access is mainly paved but does have a short distance on gravel. The driveway is gravel and has been packed with a hardener base. Four wheel drive is not necessary.

Getting Around:

Amenities access is located within the resort. To obtain a pass you need to go to the POA office. It is a very short drive from the property.

Privacy:
Other properties are in the neighborhood. We ask that you please respect the owners privacy and comply with private property signs. Trash and Litter: Trash pickup service is provided on Monday and Thursday. If the trash cans are full upon arrival, please contact the property management office. All trash must be bagged and placed into the two trash cans provided. Our nature friends love to make a mess when this is not done and the trash companies will not pick up loose trash. Also, if you exceed the capacity of the trash cans before pickup it is your responsibility to remove and take to the disposal locations at:

Quiet time: Please keep your noise to a minimum between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. both inside and outside. This includes fire pits and porches. Sound travels easily in the mountains and can disturb unseen guests. Smoking Policy: This property is a NO SMOKING property of any kind.
