NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE - For the eleventh year in a row, Property Management Inc. (PMI) brought its franchise network together for an annual PMI Summit, held this year in Nashville. Franchise owners, Corporate team members, vendor partners, and other industry leaders gathered in Music City for three days of education, innovation, networking, and continued business growth.
This year’s theme, “Perform,” challenged attendees to turn ideas into action and make the most of the systems, resources, relationships, and opportunities available to them as part of the PMI network. “Summit gives us an opportunity to bring this entire network together and remind ourselves what’s possible when we work together,” said Steve Hart, co-founder and CEO of PMI. “The energy in Nashville was incredible. Our franchise owners came ready to learn, share, celebrate each other’s successes, and think bigger about where they can take their businesses next.”
Summit 2026 set the stage for introducing tools, resources, and initiatives designed to help franchise owners operate more effectively and continue raising the standard across the property management industry, from new technology and partnerships to programs focused on business performance and operational excellence.
Just as importantly, Summit was an opportunity to celebrate the people behind that growth. Attendees connected with peers from across the country, exchanged ideas and best practices, strengthened relationships with PMI Corporate and industry partners, and recognized franchise owners reaching new milestones in their businesses.
After eleven years, Summit continues to serve as one of PMI’s most important opportunities to bring its growing network together around a shared purpose: opening doors to a better life. And PMI is already looking ahead with another Summit in the books; the network will come together again next September in Austin, Texas, ready to build on the energy of Nashville and drive into another year of growth.
